Matt & Paul Hulbert: Ojee Golf – Our first 12 months on a LEAN diet

An insight into the journey that we have undertaken to develop the our product (Talon) from conceptualization right through to design for manufacture all within a 12 month period.

– A brief background into us and how we formulated the best networks to streamline our design process to its conclusion.

– The process we undertook to achieve our first round of funding, enabling us to accelerate our product development.

Bio:

Paul & Matt, a father and son design duo founded Mustachio Design Ltd in April 2014. Matt is a qualified and experienced Industrial Designer and Paul an Architect with over 40 years of business experience.

A mutual love of Design and Golf led them to undertake the unconquerable task of finding a way to consistently achieve the perfect golf shot.
Last summer the pair founded Ojee Golf Ltd and began to develop project ‘Talon’, a digital training aid that will undoubtedly improve your game.

Stephen Tucker: Finding Opportunity Within Adversary

Building a business is often tremendously difficult, and the last thing you want is disaster to strike.
